1、建立网络数据库(network dataset)

1. Start ArcCatalog.

2. Click Tools and click Extensions.

3. Check Network Analyst.

4. Click Close.

5. If you are creating a geodatabase-based network dataset, navigate to the feature dataset location in the Catalog tree.
   If you are creating a shapefile-based network dataset, navigate to the shapefile location in the Catalog tree.

6. Right-click the feature dataset, point to New, then click Network Dataset.
   If you are creating a shapefile-based network, right-click the shapefile and click New Network Dataset.

7. Type a name for the network dataset.

8. Click Next.

9. Check all the feature classes that will be used as network sources in the network.

10. Click Next.

11. Accept the default connectivity settings or click Connectivity and make changes to the connectivity settings.

12. Click Next.

13. Click Next if you don't need to modify the connectivity with elevation field data or elevation field settings.

14. Click No if you are not using turns.
    Optionally, check the Turn Sources check box.

15. Click Next.

16. Accept the settings for the Attributes, or make the required changes to the settings and click Next.

17. Click Next.

18. Click No if you don't want to establish driving directions.
    Optionally, click Directions and adjust the settings on the Network Dataset Properties dialog box.

19. Click Next.

20. Review the network dataset summary.

21. Click Finish.

22. Click Yes to build the network dataset.
    Optionally, click No if you want to build the network dataset at another time.
