1 Do not always criticize people around you, try to encourage them, and try to praize them.
2 when you meet someone, do not just concentrate on your clothes, but pay attention to your face. please keep smiling. Make sure your smile really comes from within. I mean you need a real smile.
3 Try your best to remember people's name.
4 Do not always think what you want, but think what other person wants, try to think in the other person's position, and try to understand the other's viewpoint.
