第一步：更改Local_listener

SYS@PROD1>alter system set local_listener='(DESCRIPTION=(ADDRESS=(PROTOCOL=tcp)(HOST=192.0.2.11)(PORT=1526)))';

第二步：更改监听文件，添加1526监听器LSNR2

第四步：手工注册

alter system register;

二、更改Local_listener里的字符串别名
第一步：更改tnsnames.ora,添加如下：

LSNR2=
    (ADDRESS = (PROTOCOL = TCP)(HOST = edbjr2p1.example.com)(PORT = 1526))

第二步：更改local_listener参数
