写了一个小程序，但是在模拟器上双击应用程序图标时提示：Application is not installed on your phone
从网上搜了一下，这种情况主要是因为AndroidManifest.xml中有个activity声明了两次
查了一下，果然是这个原因。删了一个声明就好了。
