返回一个整数数组中最大子数组的和,首尾相接

设计思想

遍历数组的时候将数组中第一个数变成最后一个数,这样就得到了好几个新的数组,然后输出每个数组的最大子数组的和,在比较每个输出结果,找到最大的子数组和。
