在一个Windows Phone（sliverlight）中添加一个dll作为引用的时候出现了如下错误：
A reference to a higher version or incompatible assembly cannot be added to the project.
如果这个DLL是你下载的，那有可能是由于Windows 的安全机制导致不能添加。解决方法如下：
右键你的Dll文件->属性->Unblock。
这样就可以正常的添加该Dll文件了。
