The tns timeout error
I have a sever in one workgroup, and a client machine in other domian. When the client access the oracle, it will show the "TNS time out" error.
To solve that problem, i add the sever into the another domain, the error disappear.
the meaning is the server and the client are not in the same domain. They can work well. But one in a workgroup, the other in a domain, they cannot work!
I think that problem happend in the sepcial machine, though provide a experience for you to solve the specifal problem!
