Is it possible to simulate a new addressing scheme for MANETs using GNS3 ?

I have developed a new addressing scheme for MANET theoretically and would like to simulate the algorithm to find how it works given specific mobility or load. Is it possible to carry out such a simulation using GNS3? I would like to see some similar projects in order to understand GNS better.

GNS3 doesn't support wireless networks at this time.

I haven't used any of these myself, but I've seen people talk about them before:

Qualnet

Omnet++

NS-3

MobiREAL

You'll spend a lot of time programming the sims and then letting them run. It's not going to be realtime, or anything.
