FTP上传文件报错200 PORT command successful. Consider using PASV. 553 Could not create file.

一：ftp命令上传报错，很明显是无法创建文件

ftp> put tomcat.gif
200 PORT command successful. Consider using PASV.
553 Could not create file.

ftp的文件夹确实没有写权限，授权

[root@localhost home]# chmod 777 -R filesync/

 

二：FTPClient上传文件storeFile失败，没有异常，切换目录操作可以成功

也有可能是上述原因。
