The driver could not establish a secure connection to SQL Server by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)

jdk:1.8

解决方法：

JDK目录下的jre\lib\security，打开java.security

找到jdk.tls.disabledAlgorithms，如下图

 

把3DES_EDE_CBC注释掉。即可！

加密算法开启禁用：https://www.java.com/en/configure_crypto.html
