ORA-12541: TNS: 无监听程序、监听程序当前无法识别连接描述符中请求的服务

这个文件夹下有SAMPLE 里面有详细配置说明

有3个文件，

listener.ora

sqlnet.ora

tnsnames.ora

会自动备份，找到好用的那组，修改之后，重新启动电脑即可。
