git push ERROR: missing Change-Id in commit message footer

今天上传代码时候报告错误：
$ git push origin HEAD:refs/for/branch*

为什么呢？
后来查了些资料，找到一个解决办法，直接在命令行加入报错的绿色部分，再按照一下步骤来就ok了：
$gitdir=$(git rev-parse --git-dir); scp -p -P port name@hostIp:hooks/commit-msg ${gitdir}/hooks/
commit-msg 
$ git commit --amend
[*][*][*][NA]fix bug[*5] 
 1 file changed, 0 insertions(+), 0 deletions(-)
$git log

可以看到review网址上就有了想要提交的那笔.
