VCCT 和 VCCR分别是发射和接受部分电源，要求3.3V±5%，最大供电电流300mA以上。电感的直流阻抗应该小于1欧姆，确保SFP的供电电压稳定在3.3V。推荐的滤波网络，可以保证插拔模块时的浪涌小于30mA。

VCCT and VCCR are the power supplies of transmitting and receiving parts respectively, which require 3.3V±5% and the maximum supply current is more than 300mA. The dc impedance of the inductor should be less than 1 ohm to ensure that the SFP is supplied with a stable 3.3V voltage. The recommended filter network ensures that the surge is less than 30mA when the module is plugged in and out.

VCCT 和 VCCR可以在模块内相连。发射和接收的地可以在模块内相连。

VCCT and VCCR can be connected within the module. the transmit and receive grounds may be connected within the module.

•TD-/+ 是发射部分差分信号输入,采用交流耦合,差分线具有100欧姆输入阻抗. TD-/+ is the transmit differential signal input, using AC coupling, differential line has 100 ohm input impedance.

差分输入信号摆幅范围500mV~2400mV

•RD-/+ 接受部分差分信号输出,采用交流耦合,差分线具有100欧姆输入阻抗. ·RD-/+ accept part of the differential signal output, using AC coupling, differential line with 100 ohms input impedance.

•Rate_Select: 接收部分速率选择。 ·Rate_Select: a partial rate selection is received.

•Mod_Def0:接地 Mod_Def0: Ground

•Mod_Def1:I2C的时钟线.应该在主板上由4.7K~10K电阻上拉至VCC Mod_Def1: Clock line for I2C. Should be pulled up to VCC on the motherboard by 4.7K to 10K

•Mod_Def2:I2C的数据线.应该在主板上由4.7K~10K电阻上拉至VCC Mod_Def2:I2C data line. Should be pulled up to VCC on the motherboard by 4.7K to 10K

•TX_Fault:开集/漏极输出,需要在主板上由4.7K~10K电阻上拉至2~VCC+0.3V. 激光器失效时为高电平,正常工作时为低电平( <0.8V ) TX_Fault: Open collector/drain output, need to be pulled up to 2~VCC+0.3V on the motherboard by 4.7K~10K resistor. High level when the laser fails, low level ( <0.8V ) when the laser works normally

•TX_Disable:关断使能输入.需要在模块内由4.7K~10K电阻上拉至2~VCC+0.3V. TX_Disable: Shutdown enable input. It needs to be pulled up to 2~VCC+0.3V by 4.7K~ 10K resistor in the module.

•LOS:开集/漏极输出,需要4.7K~10K电阻上拉至2~VCC+0.3V.

LOS: open-collector/drain output, requiring 4.7K~ 10K resistor pull-up to 2~VCC+0.3V.

当输入光功率低于最差接受光功率时高电平告警。

High level alarm when the input optical power is lower than the worst accepted optical power.
