Scrum

Scrum is a method of quickly and flexibly making a product idea reality in close cooperation with the customer. Small teams largely manage this activity themselves and work toward interim goals that must be achieved quickly. The phases of collaboration in between are called sprints. Based on the interim goals, the teams define in detail how they would like to achieve their long-term goals. The sprints continuously improve collaboration and results.
