windows 7 下flex builder3 出现的dubug调试器的问题

这两天flex builder 开发工具在运行dibug模式时，总是提示：
C:\Windows\System32\Macromed\Flash\Flash10c.ocx

Flex Builder cannot locate the required debugger version of Flash Player. You might need to install the debugger version of Flash Player 9 or reinstall Flex Builder.

Do you want to try to debug with the current version?
但我系统里安装都是最新的啊!
Adobe Flash Player ActiveX10.0.32.18
flashplayer_10_ax_debug
但还是提示安装的player不够新，我就纳闷了，于是我就下载了flashplayer_9_ax_debug，竟然运行正常了，我想应该是和windows 7 不兼容的原因或windows 7 打补丁的原因。
