Context 何解？

经常看到这个词，好多地方称为"上下文"，例如，"块 (block) 用于在只允许使用单个语句的上下文(context)中编写多条语句。"，可是这个"上下文"不知道是什么意思，在这里还不如这样说更好，"块 (block) 用于在只允许使用单个语句的情形(context)中编写多条语句。"
