Vistual Studio 2019下载离线包与离线包更新

.\vs_Enterprise.exe --layout --add Microsoft.VisualStudio.Workload.ManagedDesktop --add Microsoft.VisualStudio.Workload.NetWeb --add Component.GitHub.VisualStudio --includeOptional --lang zh-cn

关键是拿到对应的vs_Enterprise.exe 程序，然后执行上面的命令
