Uncaught TypeError: widgetDom.webkitCreateShadowRoot is not a function

一个移动端页面，console页面一直报这个错误，一开始很懵逼。没有任何框架只是jquery搭的页面。

发现是页面插入了一段富文本中的<Strong>标签捣鬼，这个会引起Uncaught TypeError: widgetDom.webkitCreateShadowRoot is not a function
