SpringCloud项目启动报错

当初偷懒，springcloud引入过程中pom中的version直接写的是RELEASE。由于boot对应的版本是2.2.2.RELEASE，将springcloud版本修改为Hoxton.SR3，reimport，再次编译通过。

虽然官网springboot最新版本已发布2.3.0，没有看到与springcloud间的对应关系，没有更新到 2.3.x版了。
