批量转换文件Unicode到中文

JAVA JDK自带工具可实现转换

D:\Program Files\Java\jdk1.8.0_221\bin\native2ascii.exe -reverse -encoding utf8 sourcefile.properties destfile.properties

转换后新文件即为中文文件
