Requirement:
1.计算机或相关专业本科以上，至少一年编程经验；
2.在C/C++ 或 C# /.NET 或 Java方面有较强的编程能力；
3.编程快，编程思路清晰，算法良好，数据库较强；
4.较好的表达能力和技术传递能力，思路清晰，优秀的逻辑思维能力；
5.良好的沟通能力和解决问题的能力；
6.英语能力较强,口语流利者优先考虑。
Responsibilities:
该职位主要是在项目经理带领下开发微软的未来产品，并和美国微软总部保持良好的沟通，了解最新的开发需求，开发微软满意的新一代产品。
1．Participate in the Microsoft latest products and components development and testing;
2．Participate in the development of Microsoft internal automation testing tools;
3．Develop and implement programs to execute automation testing;
4．Create and design effective test cases;
5．Directly communication and closely work with Microsoft headquarter software design engineers and software test engineers ;
6．Code review of the Microsoft latest products and components;
7．Execute the testing work and log bugs in Product Studio;
8．Report the test result and draft testing report.
