Maven 使用国内镜像

1 修改maven 的配置文件 settings.xml,添加阿里云的一个中央仓库。

2 找到maven 的配置文件，一般在 maven 安装目录 apache-maven-3.5.0\conf 文件夹下

3 修改如下内容

4 maven 打包跳过测试。 maven 部署跳过测试 命令

mvn clean deploy -e -ff -DskipTests
