题目是没那么肯定的推测，而must表示非常肯定的推测，所以用must不合适。

问题： 现在完成时和现在完成进行时都可以表示从过去一个时刻开始并持续到现在的动作。
区别是：
现在完成时可以表示现在已经完成的动作或状态；常与already、ever连用。
而现在完成进行时的动作有可能还要延续下去。
所以两个时态应该都可以，但是意思有差别。

对时态的理解是对的。
你的句子也可以，但有个问题，时间状语应该是for a whole day, 加上介词for。

Q1:对现在推测用情态动词+ do,此时此刻用情态动词+be doing,第一题的题目是：他现在应该正在工作。这一题说她现在在工作,所以我认为是对现在的推测,我用的是表示对现在推测的用法,可是这一题好像也可以用来说明对此时此刻的推测,因为她现在正在工作,所以答案用了should be doing,那怎么区分一个题目是对现在推测还是表示此时此刻呢？

现在应该还在工作，表明是对此时此刻正在进行的动作的推测，用情态动词+be doing形式。
有的同学理解为还没退休还在上班，那就是对现在情况的推测，用情态动词+do.
