My previous role involved the precision task of aligning medical information with patient records.
We redesigned the structure of the database tables and the AI model framework. In the end, we used SQLite and Tencent OCR along with the Zhipu large model. First, we crawled the drug data and saved it to the database for easier searching in the future. Then, we used OCR to convert the user’s PDF data into text documents. Finally, we utilized the prompt word optimization of the Zhipu large model to match drug and patient information. Each step involved optimization and customization at the level of algorithmic application, such as regular express for NLP, Image denoising by opencv. and we also tryed train a medical big model based on Llama3 on one NVIDIA RTX 4090 GPU by lora sft algorithm.
