xampp 1.7.0 默认安装了zend_optimizer，并在phpinfo中下可看到：

    with Zend Extension Manager v1.2.0, Copyright (c) 2003-2007, by Zend Technologies
    with Zend Optimizer v3.3.3, Copyright (c) 1998-2007, by Zend Technologies

但程序仍出现Zend Optimizer not installed，问题在于php.ini中zend_optimizer.enable_loader = 0，默认为0，改为1就OK了。
