system()运行时不报任何错误返回null  原因system被禁用       修改php.ini配置文件disable_functions等号后面system函数去掉

exec()运行时不报任何错误返回null  原因exec被禁用       修改php.ini配置文件disable_functions等号后面exec函数去掉
