为文件重设分隔符.

摘要：关于.TXT或者CSV默认的文件的分隔符是由系统的环境变量定义的,有时候是以逗号分隔.有时候有的是用||来分隔,我们可以在系统中重设文件的分隔符,例如将某种特定的.TXT转换为CSV后方便用EXCEL来处理数据.[Setting Path] __Regional and Languag Options ->Customize-> List separator. 阅读全文
