scrapy 安装错误

真的是各种坑啊，哎

安装显示 Building wheel for twisted (setup.py) ... error

退出虚拟环境，然后安装

sudo apt update
sudo apt install python3.6-dev

就可以了

之前安装python3的时候好像看到要安装一些包，好像就有这个，但是当时没安装，真的是
