使用自定义的 grafana插件

1，如果不签名也可以，需要把

app_mode = development 
这样跳过签名。这个方法不太好。

2，使用私有签名

在windows 下使用 set 替代 exprot .

3,配置跳过指定的签名 


ps: 在Windows下签名，可以在windowdocker 下运行成功，发布于 K8 以后，显示 文件checksum 不通过，这个可能是因为平台编码问题。
