You can either disable the module by using --without-http_rewrite_module
option, or install the PCRE library into the system, or build the PCRE library
statically from the source with nginx by using --with-pcre=<path> option.
原因：pcre-devel.x86_64 包没有安装
解决办法
为了保险起见，我全安装一次：
yum install pcre.x86_64 pcre-devel.x86_64 pcre-static.x86_64 -y
安装成功
