Charset 0x0408D00000/MS936 is not supported by the JVM

"charsets.jar" was missing from the JVM's lib directory.

jvm 默认的编码方式好像是utf-8，如果你window使用的是gbk，就可能会抱Charset 0x0408D00000/MS936 is not supported by the JVM 这个错误

解决办法：

把jdk下的jre下的lib中的charsets.pack 转为charsets.jar

shell 命令 :unpack200 charsets.pack charsets.jar
