解决Please check that your locale settings

今天在一个Ubuntu的虚拟机里遇到编码相关的问题：

perl: warning: Setting locale failed.
perl: warning: Please check that your locale settings:
    LANGUAGE = (unset),
    LC_ALL = (unset),
    LANG = "zh_CN.UTF-8"
    are supported and installed on your system.

解决办法就是安装zh包：

apt-get install language-pack-zh-hans

安装完后，就可以显示中文字符了。
