windows tool recommandation NegativeScreen

Recently, our work room is a dark room, where the computer screen is so bright for me, even the screen's brightness is turned to the minimum. After some digging, I found the application `NegativeScreen` would help me.

 

To make the screen darker 50%, the configuration should be made like what shown below.

The explanation of the transforming matrix is shown as following image.
