Libra theme

1. download libra theme. Libra2.2.tar.gz could be downloaded from http://www.linuxandubuntu.com/uploads/2/1/1/5/21152474/167689-libra2.2.tar.gz .
2. extract the folder Libra/.
3. copy the foloer Libra/ to the path /usr/share/themes/.

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:noobslab/icons
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install ultra-flat-icons
 
# numix-icon-theme-circle
sudo add-apt-repository ppa:numix/ppa
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install numix-gtk-theme numix-icon-theme-circle # numix-gtk-theme included

sudo aptitude install ttf-wqy-microhei
