    作者Stuart Reeves在诺丁汉大学获得博士学位,写这篇论文时在格拉斯哥大学,目前又回到诺丁汉大学的Horizon数字经济研究所做research fellow。他感兴趣的研究方向是"investigating and analysing the social aspects of human-computer interaction"。

    在本文中作者主要提出了5条设计human computation系统的原则。

(1) Designing for motivation and sustainability.

文中列了几种motivation: fun, altruism, social interaction, payment, competition等。
