修改Windows7MTU值方法

输入：netsh interface ipv4 show subinterfaces 查询到目前系统的MTU值。
 
　　netsh interface ipv4 set subinterface "本地连接" mtu=1480 store=persistent
 
　　netsh interface ipv4 set subinterface "无线网络连接" mtu=1480 store=persistent
