Grunt Server:Fatal error: Port 35729 is already in use by another process.

提示35729端口被占用，使用lsof命令进行查看：

35729被ionic测试项目占用，把ionic项目停止后就可以了。

Ionic server commands, enter:
  restart or r to restart the client app from the root
