[JDBC] Mysql报错Communications link failure

昨天跑通的MySQL代码今天报错Communications link failure

做了网上一些攻略均没有效果

后来发现是因为昨天修改了MySQL的配置文件my.ini

默认文件路径是C:\ProgramData\MySQL\MySQL Server 8.0

之前因为出现报错

java.sql.SQLException: The server time zone value '�й���׼ʱ��' is unrecognized or represents more than one time zone. You must configure either the server or JDBC driver (via the 'serverTimezone' configuration property) to use a more specifc time zone value if you want to utilize time zone support.

又不想每次都在url后加参数设置时区，在my.ini中加入了default-time-zone=’+08:00’，刚开始确实有用，但是今天就出现了Communications link failure的问题，所以还是不应该修改my.ini

正确做法是每次在url最后加上serverTimezone=UTC
