magento设置快捷支付后，付款出现Unable to communicate with the PayPal gateway

在system->configuration->payment methods-> paypal express checkout

下点击configure

将Enable SSL verification改成no

清空缓存，如果还不能正常支付，将本机杀毒软件关掉或者配置相关项即可，应该是杀毒软件禁止了访问
