apt-get install E: 无法定位软件包问题

系统：Ubuntu 18.04

问题：E: 无法定位软件包 libssl-dev

修改/etc/apt/sources.list，添加镜像源

1. vim /etc/apt/sources.list，添加

deb http://archive.ubuntu.com/ubuntu/ trusty main universe restricted multiverse

然后：

  1. sudo apt-get update

要是上边不好使用换新源，下边为阿里云的url：
