what's defference between have and have been
Have is the present perfect tense which is used for 1st person singular and plural, 2nd person singular and plural and 3rd person plural form of ‘have’ verb.
It denotes an action which started at some point in the present and is completed.
E.g. I have written a letter.
Have been is the present perfect continuous tense which is used for for 1st person singular and plural, 2nd person singular and plural and 3rd person plural form of ‘have’ verb.
It denotes an action which started at some point in the present and is still in progress.
E.g. I have been writing a letter since 9 in the morning.
