report a bug and update

report a bug:

1.之前pass的case在新版本上出现了fail（并且是稳定重现的fail），已经确定了是regression

2.gmail send a information which  about vmcore. Need to check the vmcore have or not before(search 查找关键字)

一个新的vmcore（panic）处理方法：  在触发panic的kernel上重新提一些case看是否能重现（确定重现的概率），在之前的kernel上提job看是否重现以确定是否是regression，Will take more test to reproduce the issue. update state.

ALT-kernel在x86_64上触发后，need check it can reproduce on aarch64/ppc64 or not.
