为什么我删除不了MacOS自带的TV.app等默认的应用
删就删了，最好别指望找回来
也就占128MB磁盘空间，所以有人建议不要删(?为什么我这边看是625M)

如何进入恢复模式
intel芯片的mac，开机时长按command R进入恢复模式
silicon芯片的mac，先关机，长按开机键进入恢复模式
在恢复模式，
左上角找到并点Utilities--》terminal
csrutil disable
– it will disable System Integrity Protection (SIP)
csrutil authenticated-root disable
– it will disable Signed System Volume (SSV)
建议finally的时候，在恢复模式下把这2个调回enable
