Error 1609 安装 NetAdvantage 过程中的问题解决

今天在安装  NetAdvantage_20071_CLR2x_NET 过程中出现如下错误 

error 1609,an error occurred while applying security settings.
aspnet is not a valid user or group.this could be a problem with the package,or a problem connecting to a domain controller on the network.check your network connection and click retry,or cancel to end the install.

错误 1609
应用安全设置时出错。用户不是有效的用户或组。这可能是因为此包存在问题，或者在与网络上的域控制器连接时出现问题。

简单说，就是ASPNET用户不存在或者用户所在的域有问题。如果该用户不存在，创建一个名叫ASPNET的用户，如果已存在，则可能是域问题。

如果遇到的情况是该用户已存在。解决方案：在“我的电脑”右键“管理”中，将ASPNET用户停用，启用，添加到为Administrator所有。安装通过。

本人补充：如果遇到的情况是用户（ASPNET)不存在  则需要在“我的电脑”右键“管理中将ASPNET 用户添加到 本用户中即可完成安装 。
