在页面头部加入

即可。
如果是在引入本地的文件，则先使用svn(http://fbug.googlecode.com/svn/lite/branches/firebug1.4/)签出脚本文件。（当然你可以使用各种方式获取...）
然后在页面头部引入
<script type="text/javascript" src="/local/path/to/firebug-lite-dev.js"></script>
注意： 在ie6请使用
<script type='text/javascript' src='http://getfirebug.com/releases/lite/1.2/firebug-lite-compressed.js'></script>
