PostGIS 导入shapefile时的编码问题

错误：Unable to convert data value to UTF-8 (iconv reports "Illegal byte sequence"). Current encoding is "UTF-8". Try "LATIN1" (Western European), or one of the values described at http://www.postgresql.org/docs/current/static/multibyte.html.

解决：打开 Options 将编码改为 GBK （中文） 其他语言请设置对应的编码。
