一、Matplotlib模块安装

### --- 在windows.dos下安装Matplotlib

C:\Users\Administrator>pip install pandas -i   https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

Installing collected packages: pytz, pandas
Successfully installed pandas-1.3.5 pytz-2021.3

### --- 在windows.dos下安装Matplotlib模块安装

C:\Users\Administrator>pip install matplotlib -i https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

二、启动jupyter终端

### --- 启动jupyter终端
### --- Windows----> 快捷键：win + R ----->输⼊：cmd回⻋------>命令⾏出来
### --- Mac ---->启动终端
### --- 进⼊终端输⼊指：jupyter notebook
### --- 在哪⾥启动jupyter启动，浏览器上的⽬录，对应哪⾥

C:\Users\Administrator>jupyter notebook

三、在浏览器下可以查看到jupyter的启动
