windos SVN update 失败，

svn报“Previous operation has not finished; run 'cleanup' if it was interrupted”的错误。
把 clean up 所有选项勾选后，仍然不成功， 应该是在某个地方打开了文件。

然后发现另外一个服务器 b 上访问当前SVN 的内容，并且没关闭。 关闭 b 之后，就可以正常 update 了。
