点击工具栏中 "File ", 然后选择 ,设置如图:

 

回复内容模板:

Example 1:不在工作中
Thank you for your email. I’m out of the office and will be back at (Date of Return). During this period I will have limited access to my email. For immediate assistance please contact me on my cell phone at (your phone number).
(感谢你的来信,此时我不在办公室,会在X号回来。在此期间我不方便接收邮件。如果你想马上获得帮助,请拨打我的手机……联系我)
Example 2:在放假中
I’m on holiday from (Starting date) until (End date). If you need immediate assistance please contact (your phone number).
(我在X月X号到X月X号期间放假。如果你需要及时援助,请拨打电话……)
Example 3:休年假中
I’m on my annual leave, starting (Starting Date) through (End Date) returning(Date of Return). If you need immediate assistance during my absence, please contact (your phone number). Otherwise I will respond to your emails as soon as possible upon my return.
(我正在休年假中,从X月X号开始至X月X号,并将于X月X号返回工作。如果你在我离开期间需要及时帮助,请联系……,不然我只能在我回来之后尽快回复你的邮件)
Example 4:告知不收邮件
Thank you for your message. I am currently out of the office, with no email access. I will be returning on (Date of Return). I will respond to your emails as soon as possible when I return to the office.
(感谢你的来信,我现在不在办公室,并且无法收邮件。我将在X月X号返回工作,回到办公室之后我会尽快回复你的邮件)
Example 5:休假也收邮件
Thank you for your email. I'm on holiday, but I still check my email box and respond when I have Internet connection. For urgent matters, you can contact (your phone number).
(感谢你的来信,我正在放假,但我依旧会查看你的邮件,因为这对我来说至关重要。我会在我能收信时回复你。如果有急事,请拨打……联系我)
