cssComb是一个实现css代码自动排序，当然顺便也实现了代码的格式化
安装：
首先需要打开sublime搜索安装csscomb插件（前提是已经安装了sublime的package control），然后重启
使用：
用sublime打开一个css文件，然后右键弹出菜单选择run csscomb
配置：
打开preference>package setting>csscomb >settings-Default 进行设置
设置的参数可以参考http://csscomb.com/config，如图
一共有24项设置，如果你喜欢那种那是就点击那个，最后会生成参数，如图
将上图的参数粘贴，替换掉下图中的参数即可。
